Dominic Rogers began his career with Cutco in 1991 as a Systems Intern. He was promoted several times before ultimately advancing to Director of IT in 2005. He also became a company Vice-President in 2020, and is a key part of CEO Jim Stitt’s inner circle. The Cutco/Vector business runs through a complex system of platforms that are robust and secure due in large part to Dominic’s strategy and leadership. Dominic understands and believes in the Cutco mission, culture, and values, and his personal leadership philosophy can be summed up very simply: Do the right things right.
